Camp starts each day with a fun warm-up encompassing stretching, footwork and ball movement techniques.  We focus on a particular technique each day:
  • Monday: Control
  • Tuesday: Passing
  • Wednesday: Dribbling Techniques
  • Thursday: Goalkeeping
  • Friday: Shooting
  • Emphasizing these important techniques throughout the week.
Each day the players will rotate through different stations focusing on the techniques of the day, techniques that  will enhance the skills in game situations. - - Functional practices to develop and improve the skill levels of the player. - - Conditioned small-sided games to utilize the techniques in game situations.
What to Bring to Camp:

  6. Water Bottle (Extra water is provided to fill up your water bottle)
  7. Lunch (all-day camp only)
  8. Snack
